Mountaineering on enclosed terrain, the young doctor Clara Lang discovers a mummified corpse. Apparently, the dead has been in the ice for years. No one knows who it is at the bottom of the valley. When Clara's friend David wants to inspect the site more closely, he too is deadly. Clara is devastated. Her grief is compounded by the suspicion that David was murdered.
